I’ve completed my master’s degree in counseling and am practicing under the supervision of a fully licensed clinician while accumulating the clinical hours required for full licensure. In practice, this means you’re working with a trained therapist whose cases are regularly reviewed by a seasoned professional — which, if anything, is an extra layer of care.

Honestly, it depends. Some clients come for a specific issue and wrap up in a few months. Others work with me for a year or more as they move through bigger shifts. There’s no right answer — we’ll reassess together regularly.
