§ 01 — Meet Rocky

Therapy should feel like
a real conversation
not a checklist.

Role
Associate Therapist
Focus
Food · Control

I’m Rocky — an associate therapist focused on helping individuals who feel stuck in patterns around food, addiction, and control.

My approach goes beyond surface-level symptoms. I work with clients to understand what’s actually driving these patterns — whether it’s anxiety, overwhelm, or deeper emotional struggles that are harder to put into words.

I believe real change doesn’t come from willpower alone. It comes from understanding yourself differently, and building new ways of responding that actually last.

If you’ve ever felt like you “should” be able to figure it out on your own but keep ending up in the same place — you’re not alone, and you don’t have to stay stuck there.

§ 02 — How it works

Three steps. That's it.

i.

Reach out

Book a free consultation online or by phone. No forms upfront — just a conversation to see if we’re a fit.

ii.

First session

We spend our first hour getting oriented. What brought you here, what you’ve tried, what you’re hoping for.

iii.

The work

Weekly or biweekly sessions, in person or virtual. We check in often about whether it’s working.

§ 03 — What I treat

Five areas of focused
clinical work.

§ 05 — First step

A fifteen-minute call
is the hardest part.

Free, no forms, no pressure. If I'm not the right fit, I'll help you find someone who is. That's a promise.
