What EMDR is

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured therapy for working with trauma and stuck emotional patterns. It’s evidence-based for PTSD and increasingly used for the smaller-T traumas — the experiences that shaped a way of responding that no longer fits.
