EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing — a structured, evidence-based approach for trauma and stuck emotional patterns.
What EMDR is
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured therapy for working with trauma and stuck emotional patterns. It’s evidence-based for PTSD and increasingly used for the smaller-T traumas — the experiences that shaped a way of responding that no longer fits.
How I use it in practice

When this might fit
EMDR isn’t always the right tool. We’ll talk about whether it makes sense for what you’re working on, or whether another approach is a better fit.
